The agreement governing access to and use of the ZupiterX website and services.
In these terms, "ZupiterX", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of ZupiterX.com identified in the account-opening documentation. "You" and "client" refer to the person accessing the website or holding an account.
"Services" means the website, the trading platform, demo environments, educational content and any related tools we make available. "Instrument" means any financial product offered for trading through the services.
The services are available only to persons who are of legal age in their jurisdiction and who are permitted by applicable law to use them. The services are not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to local law or regulation.
Availability varies by jurisdiction and is confirmed during account opening. Accessing the website does not mean the services are available in your country.
To trade, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may decline, suspend or close an account where required by law, where information cannot be verified, or where these terms are breached.
Live accounts are subject to identity and address verification before trading is enabled, in line with our AML policy and applicable regulation.

You agree not to misuse the services. In particular, you must not:

Nothing on the website or platform constitutes investment advice or a personal recommendation.
Spreads, commissions, overnight financing and any other applicable charges are presented in the account portal and trading platform before they apply.
We will give notice of changes to fees in accordance with applicable regulation before they take effect.
The ZUPITER X name, logo, website design, platform software and content are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by or licensed to the operating company. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the services for their intended purpose; no other rights are granted.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, the services are provided "as available". Liability relating to your account and trading activity is governed by the account agreement accepted during onboarding.
You may close your account subject to settling open positions and outstanding obligations. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law or regulation, or as otherwise permitted by the applicable account agreement.
The governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements applicable to a trading account are stated in the account agreement. The complaints policy describes how to raise a complaint before formal proceedings.
